Addressing gaps in traditional curricula, we empower secondary VET students and educators in Hungary and Bulgaria with interactive tools, including a custom-designed board game and a digital platform that promotes low-carbon recipes and sustainable food practices. Through hands-on learning, digital transformation, and international collaboration, Green Chef is shaping future culinary leaders committed to protecting the environment and ensuring a sustainable future.
