Organizing and facilitating the 24-hour Climathin is certainly a highlight of any climate coaches’ career. Especially when you have a fantastic team of Budapest Climate-KIC and a fellow trainer, Judit Osika. To uphold work ethics and enthusiasm for 24 hours for the teams, a wide variety of tools from the facilitator’s toolbox should be used. In this spirit there was finger-painting at dawn, yoga class in the morning, midnight champagne and mini-disco besides the “traditional” world cafés and presentations. Our efforts were successful: there was only a brief sleep on the beanbags between 4 and 6 am, and then everyone got back to work! After the pitch contest everyone had a chance to take their photo at the photo booth on spot.
