Preparation
Mix the chia seeds together with the plant milk, cinnamon and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Stir well, cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
After 3 hours, use the hand blender to mix the dates through the seed mixture. If using hard dates, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes first.
Cut the strawberries and the banana into small pieces.
Chop the walnuts finely.
Garnish your chocolate chia mix with the blackberries, banana, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
