At the end of November 2019 climate coaches from more than 20 countries in Europe arrived in Budapest to discuss the best facilitation methods, the future of Climate-KIC’s Network of Coaches and also to build relationships. We worked out every detail of the event with a team of 3 (thank you, Inga Klawitter and Tony Chung!) from venue selection to agenda preparation to team-building activities like “photo hunt-style sightseeing.” The event has been a great success and also inspired participants to collaborate together further in the future. In 2020, several local Hubs were created after a lively discussion about them in Budapest.<\/p>\n
